Xbox News Super Sale Deals: Tomb Raider & Halo 5
The first batch of super offers for Xbox One owners has been announced and surprisingly it’s the two major Xbox Exclusive Halo 5: Guardians and Rise of the Tomb Raider are attracting some large disounts. Gold Subscribers can now get Halo 5 for £35.99 a saving of 20% and Rise of the Tomb Raider for £33.49. Also discounted is Rare Replay which is now down to £16.59 for the next week which is pretty great value. If you haven’t yet played the awesome Rise of the Tomb Raider now is the time to get it just in time for the fist DLC due in a few weeks time giving you plenty of time to enjoy the best game on the Xbox One.
Other great deals include The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt half price at £22.50, Pro Evo 2016, Batman Arkham night, Dragon Age Inquisition and Destiny all heavily discounted. Daily deals for today are Peggle 2 and Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare which are 50% off and Need for Speed a whopping 60% off which is pretty impressive. I’ve not played any of those games yet so i’m tempted to pick up Need for Speed as a welcome change of pace from the endless Tomb Raider grinding that i’m currently neck deep in.
Finally the magnificent Ori and the Blind Forest is half price at £8.00 if you haven’t played it yet you really are missing out. It’s a beautiful game deeply inspired by the likes of Metroid and other hardcore platform titles. It’s brutal, at times infuriatingly hard but utterly rewarding at the same time. It’s an experience not to be missed at any price.
